Chan Chiu Lung is a famous Hong Kong artist who specializes in portraiture.

Chan received professional art training in China and studied art from a Russian prestigious and representative painter, A. A. Mylinikov, so he is deeply influenced by the Soviet realism painting style.

Currently, He is chosen as the Vice President of The Hong Kong Oil Painters' Guild. He is the Permanent member of The Hong Kong Artists Society, The Hong Kong Art Club, The Hong Kong Watercolor Art Society and The Guizhou Artists’ Association.
